Who We Are

A Touch of Love Works began our journey of touching the lives of the unhoused in the Civic Center, Santa Ana’s “tent city” in 2014.

Following the teachings of Isaiah 58:7, we committed to feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, and offering some measure of dignity by providing hygiene kits, blessing boxes, and backpacks.

Engaging with the community we serve moved us to reunite them with their loved ones. When family relationships are supportive,  research shows that this single activity can lead to the security, stability, and confidence that is needed to reengage with their communities.

With roughly 6000 people experiencing homelessness in Orange County today, our outreach is striving to develop relationships and building trust. Please join us and partner with us as we show A Touch of Love Works can be impactful in changing people’s lives for the better. After all, we are the world!

Christmas Giving

A Touch of Love Works blessed hundreds of lives in December through targeted donation drives. First, we conducted a community clothing drive. After the tireless efforts of volunteers plus several hours and countless quarters in the laundromat, we delivered over 500 pounds of gently used clothing to our partner, Laura’s House in Aliso Viejo!

At Christmastime, we usually assemble Blessing Boxes for delivery in and around the Courtyard Shelter in Santa Ana. COVID-19 restrictions made that difficult, but we didn’t want our brothers
